• 1. What is the main benefit of this software?

• 2. Will I download the software onto my computer or will it be solely available online?

  No need to download a AutoFesbuk software, all your posting activities run on the cloud. Simply schedule your post and your posts will keep running.

• 3. How to connect my Facebook Groups to AutoFesbuk?

  All your Facebook groups are automatically imported once you add a Facebook account. Adding a Facebook account takes less than 5 minutes. You can sort your Facebook groups by category so that you can auto post relevevant content to each group category. This way, you are sure of maximizing the potentials of every Facebook group.

• 4. Can I post to Groups I'm Not an Admin?

  You CAN post to all the Facebook groups you've joined with your Facebook account. However, Facebook groups have different permission levels, OPEN and CLOSED. Posting to OPEN groups does NOT require approval from the group admin for the post to display on the group wall. While CLOSED groups need the group admin approval for you post to display to the wall.

• 5. Do I need to create a Facebook App to use the AutoFesbuk?

  NO. You do not need to create a Facebook app to use AutoFesbuk. We have pre-defined apps and our apps are always updated and new apps are added to the systems to ensure freshness. All that is required from you is to authenticate this apps with each of your Facebook accounts for posting.

• 6. Does AutoFesbuk post my scheduled posts while I'm Offline?

  AutoFesbuk automatically post all scheduled posts at their set time even when the user is offline. The aim of AutoFesbuk is to save you time and cost, and with the schedule post function, you can focus your time and energy on other things and let AutoFesbuk do the Facebook group auto posting for you.

• 7. Will this work on my Mac?

  Yes! AutoFesbuk is a fully cloud-based solution and will work on any operating system (either Windows or Mac). All you need is an internet connection and web browser.

  Absolutely - Guide and video knowledge base is included to walk you through every step of setting up and operating the software. You can ask anything in support group if you have any problems.

• 9. Will I Get Banned for posting to many Facebook Groups?

  There are some Facebook games used by a lot of people that sends hundreds of requests each seconds. AutoFesbuk is designed to protect you from getting banned. We also have additional measures in place to prevent you from getting banned, this include an option to set friendly posting time intervals, option to add unique id to every post and links, option to swicth Facbook accounts. This way, you'll be safe from Facebook ban. However, abusive use such as posting spam content, use malicious links, posting to so many groups with time intervals of less than 15 minutes, could result in FB ban. There is always the chance to get banned from Facebook API and no one knows how Facebook security system works exactly and how it detects spam content etc. So, use at your own risk.
